CRUSH started with a dream. Literally.

One night, the idea for CRUSH came to me in a dream, and I woke up with a feeling I couldn't shake. So, I decided to follow my dreams — quite literally.

My love for health and fitness began when I was around 15, and over the years, that passion has only grown. What started as a love for working out evolved into a deeper appreciation for feeling strong, confident, and taking care of myself both physically and mentally.

After years of living in activewear and discovering what I loved about different brands, creating something of my own felt like a natural next step. CRUSH is the culmination of that passion, brought to life through thoughtful designs, intentional details, and a vision I've always wanted to share.

Building CRUSH has been an incredible full-circle moment, and I'm so excited to share it with you.
